game appears to be running at normal speed. Just the car is not moving fast.

jambo safari to crazy taxi (slow operation)
stand up Jambo cabinet. Recently swapped a jambo cartridge out for a crazy taxi cartridge and the crazy taxi plays slow. I have made the mods with pins 23,24,25,26 for the shifter. Was there another mod required that I missed? Swap back to Jambo and it appears to play correctly. Any ideas would be g...
