A majority of web email interfaces (your email page)) have junk mail boxes and the confirmation email will generally be sent there. So if you are looking for you activation email but cant find it, please look in your Junk mail box before giving up and trying again, or not trying at all.
If you are still having problems, please send an email requesting help to seganaomi@sega-naomi.com along with your "user name" and email address registered with the "user name".
As long as everything checks out, you will be sent another email informing you that your account has been activated.
