What are benifits of Net Dimm Version 3.17

What are the advantages of upgrading my standard dimms to Net Version and 3.17 Firmware?



(Outside of being able to play VF4 FT)



Are there other games that take advantage of the networking?



If so do you need one GD-ROM in each cabinet?
