Dedicated machine question

On the main page of the Sega-Naomi.com site, there are pictures of dedicated upright cabinets.
They change between games, and some are just a plain cab with a game like Virtua Striker 3.
Others are dedicated upright games like Confidential Mission, Eighteen Wheeler, Jumbo Safari, etc...
My question is - are those "specialty" dedicated upright cabinets exclusive to Europe (or Japan), or are those available in the US?
I don't know if this makes sense or not.
The reason I'm asking is because they look fantastic, and since the Japanese/European Net City and Universal cabs are harder to come by in the US, it seemed a logical conclusion that these would be as well.
That is, if they were even distributed here in the first place.
Thanks,
Steve
