Melty Blood Actress Again can be preordered from sophia-corp (JPY248,000) as of today, due to release end of september.
For those that were sleeping or on an island the last 2 months this is gonna be only released in cart format (which is good news imo)

What's new :
General
Gravity has more impact,less floaty.
3 Styles gives different moves.
Activation can be cancled.
Bigger stages, spacing seems to work better.
EX block, executes like instant block, negates guard bar damage.
Combos are tighter to execute.
Magic curcuitcan be charged by holding...well, didnt see exactly what buttons, think it was abc or cd, dunno. But can definitly be charged, seems to be linked to styles.
Obviously had the promised aerial curcuit spark, looked different from the old ones in MBAC, this is also true for the grounded one.
Clashes changed animation.
Whiff cancel gimped, still works, just not as good.
Character specific (didnt see all characters; vAkiha, Roa, tag team and errr, 1/2 more were unplayable, we lacked time and didnt see every character)
Over all changes, every character has changed very much.
Listing those I can remember at the moment. Everyone has A LOT of new moves, and almost every old one seems to have changed properties.
Sacchin
Grab changed, jumping and grab now.
New A attacks replaced old ones in some stances, shorter range I think...
Can't do the old EX combo anymore.
Has an overhead
Tohno Shiki
Has teleport, seems like grabs BACKWARDS after some version (think it was B)
Can EX srk (editor: spark?) in the air. <--Kick
Sion
Whiff seems to combo less or not at all when linked from other moves.
Has 13 shots, shots have greater range and shoots forward.
SRK seems to work a little worse.
V.Sion
Has faster summons.
Has midscreen summons, including EX Ciel that throws black keys.
Has a "drill"eterlite.
Warc
New attacks.
Teleport is now a attack,not air unblockable on EX version that turns into a throw.
Aoko
Orbs can be charged.
Beams are now bolts.
Orbs can detonate by command and do the aerial 236 thingies.
New moves (OBVIOUSLY),for example, j.c is now a magic sword.
Ciel
New moves, anti air knives, "punch" super,something that resembles nanaya knife slashes etc.
Clash on dash is back.
Seemed to be missing heiro, syles?
Kouma 's
5c is one hit and 5b can be charged but whiffs crouchers.
More combo potential, each hit seems todo less damage to make upfor longer combos.
Kohaku
Something about throwing katana and being able to combo from command throw.
Sword slashes turns into projectiles (style based).
Has command counter, like Kamui in arcana heart, wallslams.
Akiha
Arcdrive weaker, effects changed when grabbing.
Guard break
Few second stun, you can pretty much go to the other side of the cabinet laugh at your opponent, go back and then do a combo even if youre no ninja. No other effects that I noticed. Guard break -> stun -> full guard bar again
Characters unplayable at location test: Roa, Twins, V.Akiha, Nero
Generally it seems ALL 2/5A attacks have been modified and most attacks seem to have shorter range.
Whiff-cancels looked alot less effective and didnt look to really give that mush of advantage anymore.
Warc
Has a new attack that looks like Mystic Eyes. Effect unknown, was spammed by one player but had short range(EX-version as well) but got blocked once as well. It looks quite evil though :3
Old basic bnb works fine.
Kohaku
Can throw small knifes.
5C seems to be able to be split into multiple parts. Shaft-stab, then spin. So if it whifs recovery time isnt too great.
jB range and animation remade, much shorter range.
Seems to have a counter-attack where she opens the sheat of her broom quickly and it blings.
5B gimped. 2A gimped.
Aoko
Full-screen beam missile, animation looked crap but was fast and looked very annoying.
Ciel
Has a new move, lookes like nanayas 236A/B/C and the whole crowd laughed at it when they saw it

Can throw three black keys up into the air.
Seems to have some wierd EX-move that lookes like it starts of like her bunker and then adds a few hits.
V.Sion
Summons looks like spiderweb, so now we have spidergirl in the cast! /cheer
Midscreen summons, as well as something that looked like a feint midscreen summon that also hit.
6B overhead had a totally new animation with a backflip and it looked quite cool.
Sion
214C does not grab anything that is not blocking anywhere on the damn screen. Same goes for the rest of the 214-attacks.
