Anyone ever chopped down a upright driving cab?

I'm just wondering if anyone ever tried it and if it worked out well or not.

Yes, someone did, although I think the way the pedals are layed out, it would be impossible to play.

I'd say it depends on what they intend to do with the parts. It may be possible to adapt a set of pedals from a PC driving setup for use with the I/O's analog inputs. The steering (without feedback) is also possible, but would require a bit more setting up and part swapping.
