IMHO
If it is in the US and you can pick it up close to you yes I would say worth $700. Does it come with floorboard with gas and break pedals? everthing working? tri sync monitor?
If yes to all three I would say yes
The game and all the supporting wiring and stuff probably worth $300
The monitor if tr-sync worth about $250
And the cabinets are hard to find in the US so the cabinet worth a bit
Never saw a cabinet in the US with the seatrest. Does not mean they do not exist, just never saw one in the states. Most times I see a jambo safari, and of the 4-5 of these I have seen none have had the seatrest

yeah, foot pedals and everything...
it's about 25 minutes away and I have a buddy with a truck.
What games could I swap into this? initial D 2/3, jumbo safari, anything else?
I don't know about the monitor besides his description of "no burn in and bright and crisp" which works for me and I'd guess the original cabs had 31k...maybe tri-res?

Yep, this is what the US cabinets ussually look like.
I would say definitely worth $700 if working.
Plus it has the topper and subwoofer and looks like it is in nice shape.
If it was near me it would already be gone
