There was one of these for sale in the US (ebay) not too long ago - it's the same one though (same picture.)

I wonder if this one went through the DES cracker.



And hence the no label on the sec chip - I am not against using replacement key chips for valid stuff, this has to be more healthy than the net booting which has killed pretty much all gd-rom sales.
