Need some basic info and some help please

Hi all i am new here and kinda new to this as well my question is i want to build a Home version of the Derby Owners Club game. I know it runs on the Naomi but i dont know what i need to run the game at home. if anyone here can help please i would love it need to make this for me and my dad due to the fact he cant make the trip anymore to our local arcade to play it some trying to make one at home for him and me.
