The metal base of my Naomi has some rust at the front, how do I best deal with this? Thanks in advance for the help guys!

strip, shotblast and powdercoat, IIRC the rust wasn't that bad on the front of your uni, beleive me - i've seen worse

Yeah its not that bad, but thought I might be able to get the rust off before it gets worst. I guess it'll probably take years anyway before it gets really bad.
