Monitor buzzing d9200

I'm converting my naomi american universal (The Fugly Cab) into a jamma cabinet I'm almost done with wiring but when I started testing out the monitor on RGB instead of VGA I get a strange buzzing noise when I play CVS2? Anyone know how to fix this problem? :smt012

If I'm not mistaken, multi-sync arcade monitors do not automatically switch between resolutions and that you have to configure the monitor with a switch or DIP setting.

I've checked and there are no dip switches

The D9200 I have gives off a slight hi pitched fizzy sort of sound if the refresh rate is a tad high i.e. in 800 x 600 @ 60hz I get it but not at 800 x 600 @ 56hz. is they're any fringing on the screen??

Got it, it was the damn dip switches on the Naomi board. I didn't set it to 15khz correctly :smt012
