Dual Bios Chip?

What is the best bios chip version to install in a Naomi motherboard that allows use of Japanese and American games? Also if anyone knows where I can pick one up please let me know. Thanks

Unfortunately, there is currently no 'dual' or 'universal' bios. There is someone on this forum who has a home-made version of installing 2 bios versions with a switch to toggle between them, but nothing in a 'singular' or more simplified form. :smt009

I appreciate the info. Do you know who I can buy a chip from that would allow me to play US games? I bought one from someone on this site a few years ago but cant remember who it was. If they are located in the US that would be better because I remember the one I bought came from outside the US.

That would be me, not located in the US though.

Lately there's been rumors all over about the one IC solution but I am still to see a working setup (with or without bank shifting). I guess the release of the one chip STV-dual without bank shifting has started some rumors as the guy who made that one states the naomi dual is soon to be released. Nothing has happened yet as far as I know and the statement has been there on his site since last summer IIRC.

I don't do as many duals as I used to but if someone really needs one I'm still up for building them. Just drop me a PM.

Ah, cool. Someone did make one with a switch then. The other thread made it sound like nobody was able to do it.
