I'm wondering if it's possible to use joystick as a mouse for windows ?

i have a naomi cab and i'm wondering if i can do a mame cab without anything else

Windows cannot use a joystick as a mouse out of the box.

There is a lot of software out there that can perform tricks like this, though. I have not tried it with a joystick myself, but perhaps xpadder will do the trick?

It doesn't do mouse, but keyboard or joypad. I made it to play MAME in my naomi cab without messing with the cab itself.
