Replied to this on your AO thread, but for non members who might be interested...

OK,

Lets make this as easy as possible...

1) For the Volume Pot, Yellow/Red goes to Pin 1 of the Pot, White/Red to Pin 3 & Green/Red to Pin 2. If you get the Yellow & White wires backwards, then the volume pot will work backwards (i.e. Clockwise will quieten, rather than make louder)

2) The Transformer is a 110V AC to 17V AC. Black is Live, White is Neutral, Green is Earth. It's not a major issue if the white & black are interchanged, as the cab switches both off together, and AC works both ways. Just make sure you only connect the green to earth :awe:

You can just stick a plug on the end of the wires & power it from the wall, but then you'd have 2 plugs for 1 cab, so find the AC pins on the block with the big transformer which are 110V, crimp on some U-shaped or ring connectors & use the power from there.

3) Pin 1 of each connector is the +ve of the speaker. From the pic, I think the Grey is +ve and the Orange -ve. In anycase, check the pin number on the connectors, and make sure pin 1 goes to speaker + and pin 2 to speaker -.

Just for conformity, it is standard for the Red speaker connector to be Right, and the White Left

I'd also recommend going to sega-naomi.com, and getting a copy of the wiring diagram from the resources page.

If you are in any doubt, get someone local to you to help, or post up pics before you do something you're not sure about. Also, make sure the power is off & the cab disconnected before jamming a screwdriver near the PSU / Transformers.
