The thing is, the old boards are worth something even for spares. At least some of the ic's on that board would have been working and could have repaired a bunch of other boards. I hate to ditch stuff like that especially when there is so many custom ic's being used that are impossible to obtain.



Despite what you might think, it isn't that expensive to send stuff from NZ. I regularly get stuff sent from there.

ok well i know were there is another 8 or 9 broken dims a couple are 3.17 firm but the pins are all bent .

might beable to do a deal for a working net dim.
