MVC2 screen adustment

can anyone help me out. i need to adjust the picture on my screen. the left and right sides of the picture is getting cut off. i have MVC2 running on a naomi system with capcom i/o board. thanks for the help.

And just using the monitor controls to change the picture size and position does not help/work?
