Bad IC 2 on a World Kicks rom cart

Hi folks,

I got a Naomi World Kicks rom cart that is not working.

The rom test option on the Naomi service menu reports that IC2 is BAD (all other ICs are GOOD).

Anyone here knows how to fix it?

How much should i expect to pay to have the rom cart fixed?

Ken Westerfield is the best person to ask. You can take a look at www.irepairsega.com. He is very professional and really knows his stuff. He charges $75 minimum + parts (if any).

If anyone knows what chips are on those boards then I might be able to program one using the MAME dumps for you to solder in.
