You'll need to use the manual to figure it out, its not easy peasy stuff.



And yes the gun board needs +12V, don't need +5V, just +12V/Gnd.



If I recall the guns plug into Gun Sense board, this converts IR received signals into Analogue, the analogue output will be relayed back to the M3 filterboard (16/18pin connectors).
