Outrun 2 BETA: Will it run with a Naomi upright driver?
Just would like to know if the software supports a setup without driver board.

From you if everything works out I hope
Dunno, I am getting tired of people buying stuff from me, ripping it off then selling it as net booting stuff.
But yes, OR2 Beta without the Feedback board, and it will also operator with a F355 drive board setup as well as a Midi board..
Cool, thanks for the info Andy-
My main interest in Beta is due to the increased operator options available.
SP is amazing, but I do wish the game could be made a bit more difficult. Vanilla OR2 is a harder game by design, so I'm figuring Beta can be tweaked even more so. On my original cab ('86) the game can be changed to the point that 2 major mistakes will nearly stop you from completing a course. I am hoping that with Beta a similar experience can be achieved. If only OR2's tracks were open allowing you to smash into a canyon wall or easter island head...
By the way, I'm the guy who just ordered some OR2 and Naomi cab stuff from you to the US- My Jambo Safari upright is getting transformed into something a bit more fitting (the zebra stripes have to go). I'm not into the net-booting thing but now I think I get Pete's response
