Chihiro system: black screen

I don't have a Chihiro system, but if this screen is displayed on the Naomi it's usually because the game will only run in either 15k or 31k. Have you tried changing the video output? (Note: Change the output setting while the system is off)

As Andy has said it should be the base board thats faulty, I've had the problem before.

actually reading back on your post, you would get error 51 pluging it into your tv..

The base board dips configure the video mode, when you use a regular xbox cable it will run at 15khz due to the xbox cable as the mainboard has certain pins grounded on the video cable to switch modes.

Your original error of 02 shouldn't be too hard to fix.
