A splitter cable or just a GD rom cable?

It's the cable that you had originally asked for.

So then that would make sense.

I offered a reasonable amount for the cable I expected to get.

My question to you and anyone else, was, "Is the cable that I received worth $35?"

That's why this isn't right.

The reason the cable that you paid $25 for, and I paid $35 to get, is because they are a different wiring loom.

Even if what he sent me accomplishes the same goal (not sure if it does or not) is irrelevant.

Accepting payment for one thing and sending another is WRONG.

You're right, of course. It's the principle of the thing. I'm not doing a right or wrong kind of thing.

Exactly.

Forget the rest - a splitter cable is worth more than a regular power cable.

Hence the offer.

I would have offered $10 for a regular power cable.

Are you the Naomi cable appraiser now?

I am looking into having one made that would work with your system.

I hate to play devils advocate here, however the "power cable" you received has about twice as many expensive AMP and JST connectors as the "splitter" you requested.

If you were to crimp one of these from scratch, or have someone else crimp one from scratch for you, the splitter would end up costing less...
