Help: neo geo cab system

hello my neo cab system went into, wait i dont remember what is called haha :smt015 , where you like change stuff, and i dont know how to take it out of there, please help!

Sounds like you just need to change your dip switch settings.

You haven't tried downloading a manual? They're all over the internet. Here's one--->MVS Manual.

It sounds to me like you have Dipswitch 1 turned on.

Dip 1 is test.
