Hey guys ! I am a newbie. I just bought a Naomi 1 kit with the WWF Royal Rumble cart. I got everything working except the sound. I have the sega sound amp hooked up with rca cables, but still no sound. I also went to the test menu, and selected speakers on. But for some reason, when I go back into the menu I get a Speaker off. Is that my problem-? Anyhelp would be great, thank you.

You do have the volume control panel?

Yes I do, I was thinking of splicing the JAMMA Speaker wires, and wire them to the volume control-?

The sound amp has 2 RCA's for input. Where are the output cables connected to?

Well on the sound amp, I have both Red and White hooked up to the Red and White on the Naomi Motherboard. On the sound amp I see one black audio input or output-?

Next to the black RCA connector, there is a red and white connector. Those are the amplifier's speaker outputs. If they are not connected, then you will not have sound.

The Amp Outputs, which are the red and white are connected to the red and white on the Naomi board. There is nothing on the Black RCA. I am going crazy trying to fix this. I thought just pug and play. What should I do-?

Here, look at this:
Looking at this picture, you can see the two connectors to the right of the black RCA connector. These are the stereo outputs (red and white; not RCA).
If you don't see anything connected to these, then that's why you don't have any sound. Two speakers connect directly to these outputs

The two wires are connected there. Could it be any other problems-?

Are they connected to speakers? Trace them and see where they lead.
