Hi everybody



i have a big problem with my gd rom naomi

i have error 24 , i think it's the optical lens are defectives ( i have 4 gd rom out or orders cause this error 24 gd rom not found

i need to know how to resolve the problem and where to buy the complete optical part ( dreamcast part in fact )

perhaps you know a reseller to your country or internet link





or if you have some information i will be happy to have opinion or ideas

I've had an intermittent foult from cold i got the same error, let the game warm up a bit, the power off-on and the game start fine, after cleaning the lens i had no more problem.

Try cleaning the lens using camera cleaning fluid/paper, I had 2 faulty unit reborn using this method...

It will cost 10 Euro to try.

That might work, but it is a temp method, with new units, you good for at least another 5 years.

Sure you are right but they was a Ghost Squad and a Vcop3 (both deluxe) on location, i had used that option until i got the replacement part.

Well any operator should always have spare GD-ROMs in stock, madness if you don't have off the shelf replacement parts!!



I have enough replacement parts for any on the location fix in the UK, that is why I am considered the "MAN" :smt007
