Did early Naomi motherboards came without JVS?

Hello, I was browsing YJP auctions when I found this one:

In the 3nd photo it can be seen that the filterboards don't have the USB socket and there's a big IDC connector.

Are these early (metal caged) Naomis or something else?

They come probably from a F355 set 3 screen version wich use 3 naomi pcb

That's a popular misconception. F355 Deluxe version with the 3 screens actually has 4 Naomi's put together. 3 Naomi's for each screen/view and 1 acting as a master controller (no display). The master controller coordinates the other 3 boards.

Since this layout is different than what is on the japanese Yahoo auction, it makes me wonder what game(s) these boards were for. :smt017
