Searching replacement for small fans on Naomi motherboard

I am trying to find a replacement/alternative for the two small fans on my Naomi 2 motherboard. They are worn out.



The ones that are currently installed are from SEPA, model HFB44B05A.. I cannot find these anywhere.. I did notice that some motherboards use other fans (SAN ACE MC fans from SANYO DENKI??). If someone can provide me with the model number for those, that would be great.



Anyone got any experience replacing these fans? Possibly using alternative brands (papst/sharkoon/etc)?

looking for this aswell. You would need a 5v 3-wire fan, if the naomi doesn't get the speed reading, it shuts down, so a 2-wire wouldn't work.

The problem with finding replacement will be the tachometer signal, IMO.. there are plenty of 5v (40 mm) fans available, but only a few have the third wire.. but there are different standards for this third-wire-signal..



I am afraid I might damage my precious Naomi if I mount a fan with incorrect specs..

That would only be the case fan which is similar, the Naomi main boards also have a CPU/CPU fan or in the case of the Naomi2 they have 2.
