Consolized?

I basically want to consolize a naomi (If I can find one...)
Basically, I'm probably just going to play MVC2 on it, so I want to build a tabletop control panel that will handle well.
I want it to run off a standard PC powersupply.
Since this is going to be a tabletop unit, the audio amp is not plugged in, because I'll plug it into a set of PC speakers.
I invision it to look like this.
USB will be just a Cable coming out from inside the control box, the bottom will be made of sheet metal or MDB board
Preferably, I can mount the PSU and the NAOMI on one peice of wood.
Gimmie advice and offer help plz?

Before I got my cab(s) I put my Naomi & PSU on a block of wood near the TV, and wired it to the VGA in on the telly & the audio in on my surround amp.
I then ran a USB cable & a power feed from the PSU to a JVS i/o in a seperate box, to which I mounted a standard Naomi CP
Not exactly consolised, but it worked the dogs :smt006

Don't forget its not real USB, meaning (as far as I am aware) the I/O board can't get its power from the USB cable.
Meaning you'd also need a separate power lead to your control unit (from your atx PSU) too.
Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, its just that you didn't show the power lead in your diagram.
