HI

I have a 3.03 dimm and just wondered what version it can be upgraded to if any ?

Anyone offer this service or has a upgrade disk i can borrow?

Yes, it can be upgraded to the latest version 3.17. I offer the upgrade in the US. Although the upgrade is simple, there is no benefit other than being able to run Virtua Fighter 4::Final Tuned.
