Sega-Naomi

Hi all,



I received a Naomi 1 motherboard today, and checked out the BIOS.



I was looking to cross-reference the BIOS number against the main page BIOS compatibility list, but didn't see it on the list.



Can anyone tell me the compatibility of my BIOS:



CAPCOM EPR D 21577



(Again, in case someone says, "check the BIOS list" - I've already done that, and don't see a 21577 with a "D".)

Im about 99.999% sure thats a USA non-gd rom compatible bios..would have been used in any number of capcom cart games

yeah I agree I had that bios in my boards when I got stuff like MvC2 switched it out to the later ones to provide better support

To make sure then, it would NOT be compatible with the GD rom then, correct?

yeah it will NOT work with gd-rom IIRC

And my other with the E BIOS will work with the GD rom then.

I will use this thread to ask you if is it true that bios 21576H will run all games from any region...

That bios is pretty new, and is meant to play some of the newer games released recently. Whether or not it plays all regions remains to be seen.
