Triforce help Please - no audio/video

I believe that I have this connected correctly, but when I power up the machine, I get no sound and no picture.
I get power to everything, and the GD rom is working.
Before I connected this, I connected a Naomi mobo/DIMM/GD rom w/Virtua Tennis, and everything worked just fine.
I replaced the Naomi mobo with a Triforce (Type 3) mobo, and connected everything the same way. I know the power isn't the issue.
Here are my connections:
JAMMA harness to Capcom I/O.
From Capcom I/O: usb/vga/audio to Triforce mobo.
From SUN PSU: 8-pin JST and 6-pin JST power connected to Triforce mobo.
From SUN PSU: 6-pin power connected via cable to GD rom drive.
From GD rom drive: SCSI cable to Triforce mobo.
Sun PSU is connected to cabinet power correctly.
Virtua Striker 2002 in GD rom drive; Security Chip plugged into Triforce mobo.
I can't see anything wrong with the connections, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Can anyone help?
