Sega-Naomi

I just got into the Naomi system recently and picked up two Naomi units. One of them works perfectly but the other has a working but VERY dim video output. I have tried swapping the filter boards already and the problem appears to be with the main board. Has anyone run into this before and possably know which components to check and/or replace to correct this issue?

The video output from the RAMDAC goes through some caps before hitting the filter board.



A bad RAMDAC or caps would cause this... so would insufficient voltage getting to the RAMDAC. Hard to tell without putting a scope on it.
