Basically its a three screen Namco Ridge Racer 1993. I know 2 of the monitors are bad, but thats not a problem and can get those fixed.
The game boots and as the Right hand monitor works I can plug in the signals to the other monitors to see what is going on. Basically if all three screens worked it would be.
Left Monitor .. Game displays fine, roadside whizz's by etc.
Middle Monitor... Goes solid white , if you put the machine in test mode you can see the menu etc no problem and it appears to pass all tests. When the game is in attract mode it is solid white, flickering. When you start the game the track and transmission menu shows up fine, then the game starts and its back to solid white.. I assume thats something to do with it not rendering polygons, but dont really know.
Right monitor seems to do nothing atm, the sys 22 box is on and the board LED's are flashing away just like the other 2 sys 22's, I need to investigate that more tbh.
I/O seems fine control wise according to the test menu.
I REALLY want to get this going, Im a mad fan of NAOMI stuff but this beast I just could not resist and tbh there is more working on it than I initially expected.

so 2 board faults and 2 monitor faults
you could swap the 2 faulty board sets around to see if you can get another running

My thoughts exactly, now I have one good monitor so I can see whats going on I can start pulling the boards out tomorrow.
What amazes me is the lack of tech info, even the manual kindly posted above has an unreadable schematic.

Narrowed down the problems now and will be all up and running but need the following.
2 x System 22 Video PCB's . Have tested the other two boards using the 1 good video PCB and all work OK, it would seem so definatly the vid pcb. Part Number 8632961403.
Also I have fixed two of the monitors now by mix n matching the 2 that where duff, installed a Polo 33 in the middle as the original RR monitor had screen burn but I have had the polo for a while and upon installing it is completely missing BLUE gun. Input is good.
Any monitor guru here point me in the right direction for fixing this as the picture and Red/Green is spot on. i.e service manual for polo 33, compontent test points etc.
Thx for the help, all apprieciated.

change transistor T5 bf859,that is the blue drive transistor on the neck card
it has a big heat sink
video boards maybe a problem, maybe namco/brent have a few kicking around that they would let go cheap or maybe can repair
