Question on Gd Rom Error 02 with Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution

I final got a chance to hook up my Gd rom today. I bought 3 disc (Virtua Striker 3, Beach Spikers and Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution. The First 2 games played fine and I got the Error 02 on the Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution game. I looked at the manual online and it said its a country version compatiblity issue. Heres my 2 questions:



1. Is there a way I can still play this disc in my machine?



2. How can you tell if a disc will work in a gd rom drive or better yet what country is the discs from and what country does my system play?

Is there a chip or something I can get to allow me to play both versions?

If I get this rom will it allow me to play Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution along with my other games like Virtua Striker 3 and Beach Spikers that currently work in my machine now?
