Works on both 15 and 31khz. Played it on my Sega New Astro City and Naomi uni. Why?

You wanted to know if Zero Gunner 2 was working on 31Khz right ? Goatboy answered your question : it can run on 15 OR 31Khz. The manual wont tell you anything else.
