Jamma on a Blast City

Hello everyone,
I've got an American Blast City that was wired for Model 3 JVS and I would like to convert it so I can play Jamma boards. It has the Sega I/O panel that the current JVS harness plugs into and I was wondering if anyone makes a Jamma harness that would plug in there instead.

Would this be a hard thing to make myself if I had the pinouts and some connectors?
