Naomi VS4 Cab : how to connect the orange 2P card reader ?

How to connect the 2 harness on the left of my hand ?
Since the analogue sticks needs the NOA-60061 Analogue Splitter Loom, I can't see how to connect them.

They use analogue inputs not used by VS4, on the proper VS4 cab there is dual wiring harness to allow both the readers and the joysticks at the same time, but in your case you can just add those pins to your regular analogue loom.
