Naomi 2 + capcom i/o not booting right

Hello,

I got my first naomi setup. I opted for the naomi 2 so I could run the full library of games. I am using the capcom i/o to power it and I am not using a GD-rom only games in carts so far.

My problem is the games don't get past to boot up screen. I tried DOA2 and nothing happens after the Naomi splash screen and I tried Cosmic Smash, which gets me as far as the don't use outside japan warning and then nothing happens.

Does anyone have any advice?

Powering the Naomi2 through the Capcom I/O is not the best thing to do. Set up a seperate power supply for the Naomi2. There was a recent post on this:
