I'm getting a black/blank screen on my Naomi GD rom

So I have an arcade cabinet with CPS-2 Street Fighter Alpha 2 (It's the blue champion edition cabinet btw)
So I took out my CPS-2 Alpha 2 and put in my Sega Naomi GD rom system and my Capcom I/O board with Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper.
When I first installed it, it worked fine. Then I put it on the test menu to change the settings and put it on free play and then when I exit the test mode to load the game back up all I got was a blank/black screen.
I turned off the machine and turned it back on and got the same result. A blank/black screen. It seemed liked the monitor wasn't even on. I thought I blew out my arcade monitor but when I put back in my CPS-2 Alpha 2 the monitor was fine. I took out the Dimm board and the CD rom and put in Marvel Vs Capcom 2 and it worked fine.
I have another cabinet (Capcom Q) and Sega Naomi GD rom system where I put my CVS2 in. To make sure my other Street Fighter Zero 3 Sega Naomi GD rom system wasn't messed up I took out the whole CVS2 system and put in the system that I had Zero 3 in. And for sure it worked on the Q sound cabinet.
So my question is. Even though Alpha 2 and Marvel Vs Capcom 2 work, why isn't my Blue Champion Edition arcade cabinet accepting my Naomi GD rom system? I spend like three hours trying to figure it out and no dice.
In arcades I see Sega Naomi GD rom games working on Champion Edition arcade cabinets all the time.
Experts out there I need your help.
Thank you.
