Help Monitor problem

Hi folks,
my Sega Naomi UNI Cab (Sanwa 29E31S9. doesn?t work anymore.
When I power on my Cab the monitor is flickering white/black. I can hear the startup sound but I can?t see a picture. There is only a small white flickering column on the screen.
What can I do?
