Is it possible to convert a US Uni clone cab to accept coins

Tough to fit it all in the subject line, so...
I have a Uni cab which I believe is one of the Uni clones (probably a Virtua Tennis or something once upon a time.)
I'd love to be able to have it accept coins, but am not sure if this is possible or not.
The cab has been chopped to Net City Size - I'm not sure if that affects the outcome here or not.
Given some of the amazing restoration, conversion and technical work I've seen on this site over the past few years, I figured someone would be able to answer.
