Hi and Good afternoon.First let me introduce my self..I am Paras Shah...Service Manager from Jammin Entertainment..we are FEC operator we are having total 8 FEC in INDIA.This industry new in INDIA so it is not so big here...Here i am facing some problem in TC3-DX model one side in this whenever i switch on game one side is booting fine and othere side no screen at all.
I interchange DVD Drive but WORKING DVD Drive not working in defective side.
And also Defective side DVD also not working in working side ?
That means I assume that there is problem with DVD drive and board.
Is there is any trick to reload default complete OS system OR firmware OR BIOS becoz while loading There is some fluctuation on screen.( like some kind of disturbunce )
Might be there is some file corrupted so it is not booting properly and it is HANG on blank screen.
So plz let me know check point and trick for solve this problem.
