USA Sega Universal Virtua Tennis Control Panel issues

i have a usa sega universal virtua tennis machine... and im trying to get a 2 player 6 button control panel in it.... there are 2 molexes going into the current panel and an extra 3 loose inside.... i have no idea what i need to do to get this panel working...
