Chihiro GPU Fan

Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement fan for the xbox GPU cooler fan for the Chihiro? I think it's a 12V 40 x 10 mm fan labeled MFAN 1060-E from Milenium Electronics but I can't find anything on-line.
Mine is groaning.

that fan is an Adda fan, type: AD0412MX-G70

yesterday , i received a sega chihiro MB ,from italy ...strangely ,the fan it`s literally broken ... :smt017
i replaced this, with a sega naomi MB fan ...works cool ...
