How Do you rotate a naomi universal monitor?

Can anyone give me suggestions on how to do it. Ive gotten my hands on all the vertical shmups that i crave but dont know if i should rotate it. most of the games i play are horizontal so if its not easy i dont think i want to do it. Can someone supply pics and info on how to accomplish this request? Thanks in advance
