Naomi Capcom I/O no power

Ok so I finally got my hands on another I/O and low and behold the little orange component missing from fb13 is the problem. The other one has it and works fine. If anyone can tell me what it is or even possibly where I could get one it would be much appreciated

It's a ferrite bead (used to suppress EMI/RFI noise) but the point is that the line is unconnected (the beads are just around it), probably a ground from the edge connector (can you check that?). Looks desoldered though. There are many on the boards so you could take one from an unused line, for instance the 26-pin analog connector in the back of the I/O. Or you could buy one if you want to spend:

Or you could simply bridge the two points together.
