Guilty Gear Accent Core issue - Error 21

I recently bought GG:AC and when I go to boot it up I get an Error 21. All my other games run fine and I am using the latest H bios. Any ideas?

What region bios?? It's a japan only game..

I've tried it with G Japan, and H Export bios with the same error.

Found out I had a Japan H bios after all. I reseated the IC and the Dimm multiple times and now it finally works. Still don't understand why all my other games fired up right away but Guilty Gear seems to be picky.

You can get the error 21, sometimes removing the dimm battery will fix it.
When the game is large close to 256MB it can become corrupt, I find removing the battery fixes the issue (due to it not being able to hold charge).
