Just received my Naomi universal and thought I'd pop open re control panel, key goes in and turns slightly but won't more (tried to the point of bending the key!).
get someone to push down on the control panel as you turn the key. push down at the other side of the hinges. these control panels are always tough to open. hth
Just wouldn't budge, managed to reach through with the monitor cover off and hook the leaver back (and then unscrew the hooks to save me doing it again).
