Scud Race - Parts Q

I recently acquired a Scud Race Plus PCB w/ sound board. Do I need anything else to play the game on a home super gun setup besides the 3.3v PSU, a/v wiring, wiring up a steering wheel and gear shifter to the filter board? Is the drive board required for play?

Hi just wondered if you'd interested in selling you scud plus pcb or just the roms?

Driveboard is only for the force feedback, you can pay wihtout just fine.
