Initial D V3 Error 25 message
I finally got my second Initial D to fire up, now it is saying that it is Error 25... Can not access GD Rom drive... how can I fix this???

Check the Power and SCSI cable first, obvious culprits. Also, make sure the lid on the GD unit is closed properly, use the screw. Failining that you may have a non-working drive.

Yes, I was just typing the same. Swap your GD-ROM drive for the one that you know is working to narrow it down to just the drive.
If it does turn out to be the drive, make sure the lid is closed - even a fraction open and it will fail! Also, it's amazing what a bit of a clean can do - I've had the same issue but after a quick clean turned out fine! (disc itslef too).
