I purchased a dedicated sega World series 99 cab thinking it had a naomi setup. to my surprize in the metal cover box where I thought the naomi mother board was, there was a pcb board labeled #base 01AO769. Here is my problem everything powers up even the neck on the monitor but no picture.

1. where would I start to try to get this cab working?

2. Did sega even make a world series 99 pcb?

Inside the metal cage, does the board look like this?

Make sure you check the voltages on the power connectors to check its not a problem there fist of all. Also check that the cables and properly intalled.

That is a Sega Naomi motherboard, just incased in metal rather than the more common plastic.

Make sure to have 3.3 around 3.3, and the 5V around 5.11-5.15. Do not let it be higher than 5.2v.

Ok guys I set the voltagae correct still no picture, I exchanged mother board and new cart and still nothing. Also I am not hearing any sound no start up or puting a quarter in coin door for credit. I have checked every connection and still nothing.
